BOXI by Semihandmade, America’s favorite DTC cabinet brand, already sells Rejuvenation hardware, so when the beloved brand was looking for a cabinet partner, it was the perfect opportunity to further collaborate.

Founder John McDonald began a conversation with Rejuvenation four years ago after seeing many Semihandmade customers use the brand’s hardware in their remodels. This partnership was a natural fit for us,” he says. “We’ve had customers using our products together for years with Semihandmade, and because we already offer their hardware on our sites, it’s a perfect extension to now offer our cabinetry to their customers.” Thus, when BOXI launched last spring, he asked, “Can we do more? Is there something bigger we could do together?” For many home design brands, cabinets are the final frontier of retail.

“BOXI can offer a cabinet solution to the design-minded Rejuvenation customer, and in turn they have BOXI cabinets to use as a base for their amazing hardware assortment,” he adds. BOXI by Semihandmade’s Mushroom Shaker cabinets are now able to view at Rejuvenation stores in Houston, Los Angeles, and Costa Mesa, as well as at the flagship location in Portland. Plus, customers can get 10 percent off upon visiting.

“We selected the Mushroom Shaker cabinet to feature in our retail stores because of its traditional timelessness and harmony with our hardware finishes. It gives shoppers the ability to mix and match the cabinet to any of our hardware and lighting collections, so that it truly depicts their personal style,” says Megan Guthrie, Rejuvenation’s director of art direction and photography.

Additionally, with both brands located on the West Coast, there’s a natural shared aesthetic, a simple yet elevated look that appeals to many homeowners, designers, and DIYers alike.

In addition to prime retail placement, BOXI’s Oat Slab cabinets will be featured in a campaign photo shoot alongside Rejuvenation’s newest Allenglade handle style, which will live on the Rejuvenation site and appear in social marketing through spring, summer and early fall 2022. The open-concept kitchen with Oat Slab doors has a natural texture that results in a beautiful, bright, and liveable kitchen.

The Oat Slab cabinets match perfectly with Rejuvenation’s oil-rubbed bronze finish hardware. “We love balancing the rich dark tones with a light textural wood. Collectively the look celebrates contemporary architecture and unadorned spaces. It’s serene, minimal, and modern,” she concludes.
